Overall a great addition to my foodsaver kit.
Can store alot in this retangular canister
Use will shorten if it is used frequently to seal and unseal items
Consumer review (newegg.com)
Don't vacuum seal stuff that is used frequently because it is a waste.
Great to seal dry ingredients away
If you are going to frequently use what you seal it is best to not seal it. The more you use it on the canister the shorter it's seal life is and it can also crack

Don't buy it. It won't last unless you don't use it.
Great for just what they advertise, grate cheese into it, vacuum seal it and it keeps wonderfully until

so far the canister is still usable, but I am worried that it will not last very long.
Easy to use, has clasps that hold the lid on even without being suctioned shut unlike the marinator
stress cracks appeared where the clasps lock down upon the first use. I attached to the vacuum pump, turned it on, and the suction caused small cracks. The smaller canister did not have this problem
