I run a cafe kitchen where we slice all our own cheeses and meats on an industrial slicer. This version for home is perfect for my purposes and far easier to clean. For a person with high standards this model has everything you need for home use!

I have been using this product for 10 years and never had a problem with it. I can blend anyting : hot or cold food very fast result easy to clean, can go in a dishwasher and it is a nice design that fits well in my modern kitchen.
