I haven't gotten the fruit roll up sheets, and I don't plan to. I figure I can do most of my intended work with parchment paper. I got this because this year's garden harvest just exceeds my older models capacity. I plan to use both in tandem to get...

HUGE CAPACITY! love the poly trays, makes packaging so much easier (just roll and the veggies pip of and you can pour straight into your container)

A little noisy. It's just because of the fan, but if you can stand a furnace, refrigerator, or deep freezer, you'll adjust.
