Garmin eTrex Summit
Lightweight; easy to use; rugged construction.
No audible battery warning; no built-in trail maps.
A solid tracking device for hiking that would benefit from built-in maps.

Works ok but only used one day.
Does not match the photo on website. Photo has filter (cylinder) on cable. Actual unit does not have filter
Consumer review (tigergps.com)

Consumer review (officedepot.com)
The adapter snaps into place easily and the product works great. The ac adapter allows me to maintain battery life and use my GPS outside of my vehicle. I like to set destinations before I hit the road and use my GPS to locate restaurants and specialty...
