Securus eZoom tracking and safety locator review: Compact GPS tracker finds yo' kids, finds yo' wife

The Securus eZoom is compact, robust, and unobtrusive: all great features in a portable GPS tracking device. Battery life of up to three weeks is admirable in this class. A-GPS positioning allows limited indoor functionality.

The operation costs are higher than we feel they should be. Historical positioning wasn't very granular during our testing.

The Securus eZoom tracking and safetly locator's hardware is quite good, but expensive operation costs and buggy software tarnishes its recommendation.

"Never buy from this company"

They are the shame of kickstarter. on Jan 10, 2014

You'll end up with a lighter wallet with no other changes as you'll get nothing in return.

Just check out their facebook page and see how many people are still waiting for their shipment. They even claimed to have shipped but no one claimed to have received anything. And they don't respond to messages and emails either.

"NOT a dependable product & doesn't work as advertised."

Don't waste your money on this product if you are serious about using it as a dependable monitor. This product worked properly for 3 days before the battery charge ran out and my nightmare began. Calling Customer Service has become a monthly task, not...

Small and easy to hide.

SAFE SPOT Reporting is NOT dependable no matter how large of a zone you create for it! Customer Service always wants you to power down and restart unit. Works 2 days stops again.
