I'd rate it 3/5 as the bread really sticks to the toaster. Otherwise, it's made of fine quality. It's good for students/bachelors, not really a family toaster

Pretty easy to assemble. Cooking surface is a good size. Burners, grill and shields are all quality pieces. Heat is evenly distributed across grill surface with minimal issues with flare ups from grease dripping. Very pleased!
