Aliph Jawbone Bluetooth headset review

Aliph Jawbone Bluetooth headset

The Aliph Jawbone Bluetooth headset has a fashionable, sophisticated design, and it fits quite comfortably around the ear. Its noise-canceling technology is DARPA-approved, resulting in excellent audio quality.

The Aliph Jawbone Bluetooth headset has hard-to-press buttons, and there is no volume rocker, so you have to cycle through five different volume settings instead of simply increasing and decreasing the volume.

The Aliph Jawbone Bluetooth headset is one of the best-looking headsets we've ever seen. Despite its quirky buttons, it delivers superior sound quality with a comfortable fit.

Aliph Jawbone Era motion sensing Bluetooth headset

Review Hands-free connections for mobile phones have come a long way from wired earpiece-and-microphone combos. Mind you, it's still a comic pleasure to see people using these as they hold the microphone near their mouths just to be sure. The arrival...

The Era is the latest in a great series of Bluetooth earpieces. It’s small and light, powerful and, best of all, reliable. Once it’s paired, it stays paired. Once in your ear, it’ll stay put (though don’t just wear it indiscriminately, that just looks...

Aliph Jawbone Bluetooth Headset

Slightly bulky Bluetooth headset looks nice, feels comfortable, and sounds great even in crowds.

Understated design ; Solid audio quality

Buttons are hard to locate visually

Overall, this comfortable, top-quality headset sounded great, for a reasonable price ($80 as of February 15, 2008). For me, that unique combo makes the Jawbone worth the investment

Aliph Jawbone Bluetooth headset

Clean sound is the most impressive thing about the Jawbone. When you're having a conversation using a cell phone's earpiece—or even most Bluetooth headsets—you often have the aural sensation that the earpiece has been wrapped in gauze. The tone of a...

Unparalleled sound. Great design. Comfortable once in place

Not easy to slip on quickly. Buttons are awkward. Stiff ear loops

Aliph's Jawbone Bluetooth headset provides clearly unmatched sound quality.

Reviews: Aliph/Jawbone Jawbone Era Bluetooth Headset

As with other recent Jawbones, Aliph sells Era in four different styles, now restricted to black and silver versions with organic dot or boxy tear-shaped texturing on the outwardmost side. The other surfaces are matte-finished with deliberately...

Overall, Jawbone Era represents yet another iterative step forward for Aliph, making refinements to a formula that has been largely the same since the release of the Jawbone 2008 model, with little bumps and gaps in the road along the way. Though the...
