Works excellent. Better than previous models I've had. Not that the other Blue Parrot models are bad, this is just my favorite.

if you do not have phone in pocket you can not get 10 feet away vary poor

Unfortunately Wal-Mart and FedEx kind of dropped the ball on delivering it. Product works well in very noisy environments...0dB to about 40dB Does not pair with MY laptop so well...audio is kind of choppy.
