Not the most feature-rich headphones in this very feature-conscious part of the market, but the DALI IO-6 have it where it counts
Energetic, appealing sound ; Good battery life ; Comfortable fit ; High-quality materials
Binary noise-cancelling ; No touch controls
With the IO-6, DALI aims to ruffle a few feathers in the premium wireless noise-cancellation arena – but falls short of the best. Despite this, these are a well-judged pair of headphones with an appealing sound and effective noise-cancellation. They’re...

Dali's gorgeous first headphones take aim at the very best
Insightful and detailed ; Textured vocals ; Premium build ; Effective noise cancelling
Reserved dynamic punch
These Dalis have the potential to be class-leaders, but their beautifully precise sound lacks a little dynamic punch

Stop the world, Dali wants to get on
Sturdy yet light ; Great battery life ; Convincing, engaging sound ; aptX HD Bluetooth
So-so noise-cancelling ; Push controls aren’t as nice as touch controls ; Cut-throat competition
For sound, the Dalis are simple to recommend. For features, not quite so much

Many loudspeaker companies have diversified into headphones, but none has done so as spectacularly as Danish manufacturer DALI. Not only is the IO-6 a wireless design, it also incorporates excellent active noise cancelling, adding to its closed-back...

DALI has joined the wireless NC headphone fray with its unique and stylish take on this burgeoning product category. Do our Danish friends bring anything new to a party typically hosted by the likes of Sony and Bose?
Clear, balanced sound quality with just the right amount of bass. ; Handsome, thoughtful design. ; Effective fixed-level ANC. ; Top of class comfort. ; Excellent battery life. ; Possibly a smartphone app to tailor the level of ANC.
Possibly a smartphone app to tailor the level of ANC.
The DALI IO-6 are currently my (and my wife’s) favorite pair of noise-canceling headphones. Highly recommended!

Exceptional sound quality and noise reduction combine with solid construction and enviable comfort in this top-notch headphone.
Rich, warm, smooth sound ; Tonality remains the same with ANC on or off ; Well-designed controls and verbal confirmation of most actions
You can't engage ANC without Bluetooth and amplification ; Pricey
The DALI IO-6 is an exceptional wireless ANC headphone. It’s well made, comfortable to wear, and easy to operate. Most importantly, it sounds superb on a wide variety of music. Its tonal balance is on the warm, rich, sumptuous side—which I love—and...

Dali's headphone debut DALI IO-6 secures the Danes a place in the top class of luxury noise-cancellation.
Dynamic and clean sound that can withstand comparison with good traditional headphones. The noise reduction works impeccably, and the build quality is high.
Relatively heavy. No app, and only a noise reduction setting. But why offer lots of adjustment to something that is in perfect balance?
IO-6 is Dali’s debut in the headphone market, and they have proven here that they are able to transfer the experience from their own speaker units to the smaller format. There is indeed a lack of a nice lifestyle app for the mobile, and it is only an...

I bought these 2weeks ago and the sound is phenomenal .You can hear individual sounds coming from each instrument without everything being bunched up together
Consumer review (richersounds.com)
I have used and tested a few of the currently available wireless headphones on the market and these are the best for me in terms of sound quality at this budget. The only wireless headphones I have tried that surpass these are the Beyerdynamic Amiron...

These are excellent headphones. I tested them against the Sony 1000xm4 and Bowers and Wilkins PX7. The Sonys were too bassy and the Bowers and Wilkins PX 7 sounded really unbalanced, which is surprising considering their PI 13s in ears are brilliant....
