I have owned a standard Kenwood Steam iron and assumed that all irons are the same, If you want the job done properly some day they will end up getting burnt. The Iron the other day dropped onto the floor and smashed so I went on line here and read the...
It is powerful and effective on all fabrics and has helpful features for extended product life, making this one of the best irons you can buy.

this philips iron is wonderful. it is very easy and effortless to use this iron. It irons even very crumbled clothes very easy. I am very impressed with thus iron. It has got a big reservoir for water.
There are several household chores I hate: vacuuming, washing glasses and silver, defrosting freezers (I know, I'm dating myself here!), putting things away.
So far so good. No issues with it.. I can refer it to anyone who's looking for a steam iron box.

My girlfriend really like that. Didn't know what to expect, but she said with the options this ironing steam generator can do it is so amazing. Iron itself is very good, easy to use. There is CD with instruction included, wich is very useful before start.

The picture does not do it justice as it is not all dark grey. I spent quite a lot of time checking out this model amont others and reading the reviews - also phoned Philips to ask a few questions! So far we are very pleased with this as it is quite...

The cord on this iron wouldn't even stretch the length of my ironing board. When I compared it to the iron I was replacing, it was almost half the length! Unable to use it.

Bought to replace a Tefal iron that died. I've actually had this about 3 years now before I've reviewed it, still got it and still works as good as the day I bought it....or so the wife says. LOL
This iron was bought 'blind' but has prooved to be quite good. It is not too heavy and moves smoothly over fabrics. The steam injector worked well and and the loose plate which clip on for pressing was satisfactory

Loved the iron when I bought it and now I hate it. After 18 months of use the iron will not stay turned and shuts itself off during ironing. The only way to get it back on is to unplug it, wait a few seconds, and plug it back in. Shaking the iron as...
Bulk and some annoying design touches mean the heavyweight Hoover disappoints.

This Phillips Perfect iron which used steam only and worked brilliantly for about 18 months and then the water tank would take no more 120 mls in it before leaking everywhere all the time and caused many arguments with my husband and myself thinking...

Bought this Azur to replace my Azur 1000 (which I absolutely loved) and this was the biggest waste of $130!! Not only does it not iron work shirts properly, it has melted so many of my clothes even on a low setting. I contacted the company via their...

Water can be thrown out of the filling hole as you move across the fabric. If you have a water stainable fabric, it's ruined. I would not buy another.

This heated up fast and did a fabulous job. Easy to assemble and handle.
I would avoid this product. The GC7240 1. Has to be cleaned every 10 uses otherwise deposits rusty stained water over your clothes. You then have to carry the whole bulky unit to the sink to clean it out. 2. Have to wait for the thermostat to go off....
Bought this iron in August.Went for a russell hobbs cuz I thought they were good for quality. However, i have been bitterly disappointed.Firstly, it looks quite plastic and and the control knob is hard to understand. secondly, it started having a dark...
The iron is great! I bought it for my mum in law and have used it several times myself. It's really easy to use and is fab at getting wrinkles out quite easily, which saves a lot of time!

To preface, we are the owners of this Sunbeam Steam Master Drip Free, but a slightly earlier incarnation. Judging from the features, feature placements and look of the iron, this is the latest version of our iron (which happens to be black and maroon)....

Firstly, I've only ever had Polti irons and I must have gone through eight by now. They only seem to work for a couple of years and I am wondering if this is normal for steam generator irons - whichever the make. I've learnt that it is not really cost...
