Iron is very Light

If you have arthritis in your hands using the steam is hard have found that the iron doesn't get as hot as my old iron and need to use the steam more.

the plate is so rubbish and gets stuff stuck to it a lot so it can't iron properly. Water pours out of the plate when you put water in the steamer.
