Part uncompromising gaming laptop, part portable creative powerhouse. The Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 is a superb (and superbly expensive) machine that is up there with Apple MacBooks for slick construction

The ROG Zephyrus G16 includes high-end hardware across the board but still doesn't dominate lesser-equipped competitors.

Attractive, minimalist exterior ; Superb 6-speaker audio system ; Bright and colorful OLED display

Inconsistent gaming performance with 115W RTX 4090 ; Productivity performance is just average ; Pricey at $3,300 ; Didn't run Borderlands 3 benchmark

The ROG Zephyrus G16 is a pricey system with excellent audio, but its low-wattage GPU (for an RTX 4090, anyway) leads to missteps in gaming performance.
