How did ASUS cram a Core i9 processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 graphics in a notebook just 16.9mm thick and 1.5kg heavy?
Fantastic OLED display ; Good performance ; Decent battery life ; Truly portable ; Reasonably priced
No touchscreen ; Gets hot and loud when taxed ; Cover prone to smudges ; Erratic trackpad
The TLDR version: A great choice for anyone who wants a portable notebook but doesn't want to compromise (too much) on performance. However, the lack of a touchscreen might be a dealbreaker for some buyers.

Asus has beefed up its Zenbook offering with this touchscreen-enabled device that will be great to work on the go with, as long as you charge it up the night before
Fantastic screen ; Strong performance ; Quality touchcreen
Poor battery life ; Expensive ; Trackpad features might disrupt your workflow

The Asus Zenbook 14X OLED is another great value, with strong performance, a solid build, and a spectacular OLED display. But battery life suffers.
Attractive price Solid build quality Very good productivity performance Spectacular OLED display Excellent keyboard and touchpad
Not as strong a value with a discrete GPU Creative performance isn't great Battery life is just average
“The Asus Zenbook 14X OLED is best judged by its spectacular OLED display and attractive pricing.”

The Asus Zenbook 14X OLED Q420 model is more of a general productivity ultraportable than a creator machine, but its sharp build, quick CPU, and brilliant OLED display are the best deal for $1,000.

The 2023 Asus Zenbook 14X OLED is an attractive and appealing combination of portability, design, and configuration options, all married to a gorgeous display and fast parts.

Did Asus just drop the touchscreen MacBook Pro we always wanted?
Decent port array ; Great keyboard and touchpad ; Impressive performance ; Value for money ; Nice OLED touchscreen…
…but color gamut isn’t the best ; Underwhelming battery life ; SSD speeds could be faster
The Asus Zenbook 14X OLED is a pretty powerful laptop with a nice touchscreen OLED display, good ergonomics and great value for money. Look past the slightly lacking battery life and this is a solid option.

In review today is an Asus ZenBook 14X UX3404 with a 120 Hz OLED display and an Intel Core i9-13900H. A very good OLED ultrabook with limited processor performance. Asus has slightly revamped the Asus ZenBook 14X so that it now looks a lot like the...
excellent chassis ;very good battery life ;low power consumption ;OLED screen ;120Hz ;Thunderbolt 4 ;very good speakers
processor limited by single fan solution ;glossy display ;ports badly distributed ;RAM not expandable
The ZenBook 14X is a very solid laptop overall, which is only spoiled by the somewhat disappointing processor performance. It definitely would have benefited from an additional fan, such as in

The new range of ASUS OLED laptops have arrived in Australia and while the large 16” OLED displays are gorgeous, it was the compact Zenbook 14X OLED
