Easy to transfer data, I can use this as a media player as well as backing up my laptop so exactly the purpose I wanted. The wireless facility is great as well and allows me to quickly transfer small items - although I need to plug in for larger data...

Instructions could have been better, although I worked it out in the end.

The Freeview is not as easy to use as other freeview boxes EPG is not very good, still some video formats it does not support.

Easy to use with lots of options and settings for more advanced users, very little noise (small fan)

Scheduled recording not always works, looks like box start up (form power down) quite long sometime and if that takes more then 2min, recording fails. Best remedy is to have box "on" for time of recording. This can be possibly sorted out by new...

You have to transfer file's from 1 partition on drive to another to be able to extract files to computer Menu could be better File size's are larger that DVD file sizes

This product is very easy to use and it was very good value for money at the time of purchase.

Could have done with more capacity but i guess that is just being picky.
