Mixer head will not attach to the control unit any more, blade has come loose. Not to mention it splatters everything you puree and is not very powerful. Less than 1 year into the product and definitely will not consider Russell Hobbs again.

Works great, it's strong, I would give it 5 stars except it really doesn't have a slow speed. For final mix in or with dough it is awfully fast. Other than that I love it.
