Certainly not user friendly for the elderly

Poor manual which explains nothing clearly. Definitely not user friendly for the elderly let alone someone younger. Convoluted way of using many functions and features. I do not recommend this product.

Very Unhappy

Bought the konka U6 phone for my husband as he cannot cope with smartphones and needs a large keypad. He would not be able to understand this phone ever it is absolutely awful, never any reception, the buttons do not do the same thing all the time and...
