Motorola proves that it's better at grouping than Phil "The Power" Taylor, with the latest addition to its ever growing family of slimline phones.
Still looks great, but on a budget
VGA camera and no MP3 player
This slimline phone is good looking enough to distract us from some of its flaws, and for the fashionista on a budget, it could be a sound investment.

A budget candy bar handset which sacrifices too many features for a skinny design.
Dimensions of 110 x 49 x 10 mm do make this candy-bar handset one of the most compact mobiles out there and it won't weigh down your pocket at 80g either.
The L6 sufffers from a number of minor flaws that all add up to seriously detract from its ability to compete with other handsets.

The Motorola L6 is an ultra slim & stylish mobile phone. The L6 comes in a sleek silver coloured casing & the keypad is etched into a smooth metal surface. The navigation tool is a five way pad which is easy to operate & manoeuvre around the phones...

Everything started with the Razr. The success of the ultra thin clamshell has put Motorola on the top of the high-class phones. Intended for the ordinary user with its reasonable price, the Motorola L6 follows the example. The equipment however won't...
Additional operating elements can be found on the side parts of the phone. There is a camera button on the right side, just above it is the miniUSB connector, the charger slot and the data cable slot. On the opposite side, practically at the same...

Though Verizon Wireless was the first carrier to score the Motorola Razr V3c and Krzr K1m , it was a bit slower on the uptake of the Moto's CDMA Slvr, the L7c . Rival carrier Sprint was first to market with the thin candy bar phone, and Verizon now...
The Motorola Slvr L7c for Verizon offers a sleek design, EV-DO support, and decent battery life.
The Motorola Slvr L7c for Verizon has a low-grade VGA camera and lacks stereo Bluetooth. The phone's EV-DO performance was a tad slow and call quality was shaky on our end.
The Motorola Slvr L7c for Verizon undoubtedly offers style, but missing features and uneven performance hold it down.

Be the first on your block to show off Motorola's latest hot design with the unlocked SLVR L6 phone, a well-balanced, great-looking handset.
Dazzling design. Thin and light. Good voice quality.
Poor camera. So-so speakerphone. A bit fragile.

The new Motorola L6 is a cleanly designed and sturdy handset with a useful but somewhat limited range of features. It's a handy phone at a low price, and would be a fine choice for any moderate user.
Good looking, thin and compact body. Decent set of features, including Bluetooth. Low price.
Easily smudged display. No memory card slot.
A generally useful and easy to use phone, the L6 would be a great choice for anyone who wants a reasonable amount of features in their phone, but isn't too concerned about having the most up to date and advanced innovations. Most importantly, they also...

The Motorola Slvr L6 (the candy bar-style version of the company's thin line of cell phones) has the same look and feel as its sibling, the Slvr L7. Only this model lacks a way to expand memory beyond the included 10MBs (that's actually plenty of...

In general, our reviews are purely Mac- and iPod-related, but sometimes we broaden our scope to other things “tech”. In this case, we took a look at Motorola's L6, a phone sometimes referred to as the original SLVR, as it shares much of the design of...
Slick design, small, seems surprisingly durable, plays well with OS X, simple interface, Bluetooth
Cheap screen, weak camera, only 5 voice-dials, certain models might not work with Cingular
Motorola's L6 is rather underrated and almost unknown in the US, but fails to disappoint.
