The Motorola Quench XT5 is a mid-range Google Android smartphone that brings with it a lot of features at a price that doesn't break the bank. In spite of running Android 2.1 'Eclair' rather than the Android 2.2 'Froyo' OS that most mid-range...
The Motorola Quench XT5 XT502 is priced at £229, SIM-free, which makes it a good deal. In spite of running on Android 2.1, the Quench is a very usable phone and I would prefer it over it closest competitors such as the LG Optimus One P500 or the...

Video is recorded in 3gpp (codec - h.263) at the speed of 15fps. The sound recording is enabled by amr. codec. Video resolution is 320x240. There are no settings for video recording similarly to the photo solution

Motorola is aiming to be Android top dog and to achieve that takes not only awesome high-end smartphones like the Atrixes, but also phones that take potential buyers' wallets into consideration. This resulted in the Quench XT5, a phone that takes on...
The Motorola Quench XT5, which is available at some places for Rs. 13,990, is quite the sleeper hit. The OS is smooth as butter, music playback is excellent and the Gorilla Glass-encased display ensures scratches don't affect your viewing experience....

Does Motorola's mid-range Droid make the cut?
I only hope Motorola follow this through with a Froyo update, and also fix the couple of minor niggles along with it.

At a market price of about Rs. 13,500, the XT5 does position itself as a steady alternative to the likes of the HTC Wildfire and the LG Optimus One P500. The phone looks and feels much more expensive than it actually is. The fact that it is still stuck...
Great build quality, Minimalist MotoBlur UI does not slow down the phone, Really good display
Battery does not last more than a day, 600MHz processor does feel the strain when multiple apps are open, Still on Android 2.1, while rivals have been updated with Android 2.2 ROMs

Yet another phone in the Quench line of phones from Motorola, the Motorola Quench XT5 is compact with a 3.2 inch screen, Android 2.1, and a 600Mhz processor.

I don't know if this phone can be rooted yet, but it was based on the original Quench Cliq, which has been rooted. If you decide to get the XT3 and save a couple dollars, you can possibly root that and make it a XT5 because they are the same phone with...
Awesome phone and pretty inexpensive for an Android Phone running 2.1. I bought it for my wife to replace her Nokia 5230 touch screen. Let me tell you, if these entry level Android phones were available back then (a few months ago), I would have never...
The screen resolution isn't that great. If you want something better, then you have to pay more money. Also, this phone was made to be Chinese first. If you get one that comes without English being selected, you might have a hard time finding where to...

Motorla quench xt5 costs around Rs 12500. Looks of the phone is not great.A small screen phone which is out of fashion nowdays.Just 3.2 inches is the screen size.It is 3G, Wi-Fi enabled. The phone does not have secondary camera for video recording....

Good design and features but I hear a lot of complaints and I have not bought it because it's main board is made by chinese company Commitova and Motorola is just putting small pieces on top and fooling asian with Motorola brand.
