Good deal, good monitor

This particular monitor has a lot going for it. On top of its solid refresh rates (I run 1280x960 @ 85Hz), the monitor is about an inch shallower than most of its counterparts and weighs only 55 pounds.

best for the money

This was a second monitor after having to return a 19" viewsonic because of buzzing problems. I got the NEC because I have a Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 710s monitor at work that I love and it was the same price as the Viewsonic non-flat screen. If you...

What an Improvement!

I replaced a 6 or 7 year old Sony Trinitron with a NEC MultiSync FE950+ BK 19. When it booted into Windows, I was immediately taken aback at the difference. It was so much brighter and sharper. The difference was noticed by my son from 20 feet away!...

Nice looking and even sleek for a 19 inch CRT

It is heavy.
