Logitech has recently updated its all-conquering G502 lineup of mice, and the most exciting is the Logitech G502 X Plus.
Comfortable shape ; Snappy sensor ; Intuitive software
Heavier weight may not be for some ; Only a singular means of connecting wirelessly
The Logitech G502 X Plus is a fantastic wireless gaming mouse. It’s got one of the most comfortable shapes available, while also providing a snappy sensor and reliable wireless connectivity. If you want an ultralight mouse though, you look elsewhere.

The more things change, the more they outwardly appear the same, in the G502 Hero's case
RGB lighting ; Lovely scroll wheel ; Great design
Extra buttons can be a pain ; Bit of an underwhelming update

Racing on thunder
Flawless sensor ; Buttons for all your needs ; Adjustable weights ; Smartly placed LEDs
DPI indicators don’t stay lit ; Side grips could be better ; Narrow for large hands
Logitech’s new Hero sensor improves on the landmark G502, but a few build improvements may have helped it better keep up with SteelSeries’ best.

Logitech's G502 Lightspeed is pricey, even for a wireless mouse, but you get all the benefits of a cordless controller without the trade-offs.

Logitech's G502 Hero swaps out the beloved PWM3366 sensor for its new Hero flagship, with little appreciable result. It's still a great gaming mouse though.
Incredibly comfortable ; Buttons now rated for 50 million clicks ; Hero sensor performs as well as the PWM3366
More expensive than the previous model, but not much has changed ; Fairly heavy, which might dissuade some users ; Still no wireless option
Logitech didn’t change much with the G502 Hero, but it didn’t have to. For three years I kept some variation of the G502 on my desk, swapping it out for reviews but always returning to it afterward. These days I use a G903, mainly because Logitech...

If you like bigger, heavier mice but like to dial-in the weight just so, this is the unit. The Logitech G502 HERO has all the gaming goodies, too. It has a...
Braided cable ; Infinite scroll option
Fixed polling rate ; Too heavy for FPS games

World-renowned gaming hardware manufacturer, Logitech has released the latest addition to their gaming mouse arsenal: the Logitech G502 HERO Mouse.
Overall, there’s no doubt it’s a fantastic gaming mouse for the PC gamer. However, if you are already a proud user of Logitech’s G502 mouse, there isn’t enough of an upgrade to justify the cost, unless you want to experience the HERO 16K sensor, and...

Previously coming from a razer death adder , the size of this mouse is perfect for aim accuracy. My aim has improved greatly since owning this mouse. The design looks great and feels very comfortable.
The USB wire has gotten in the way a few times but I could easily sort that out. Would be nice if the mouse wheel moved a bit more freely in its normal setting too

Comfortable, multi buttons are nice, like the fact you change the weight of the mouse
Shape is not as natural to some
