With true wired and wireless connectivity, 5,600 DPI sensitivity and superb ergonomics, the Razer Mamba should be the perfect gaming mouse.
We've had to knock the overall score down a notch simply because it's so expensive but the combination of true wired performance, wireless convenience, superb styling, and amazing ergonomics make the Razer Mamba quite simply the best mouse we've ever...

Free to frag? Can you define 'free' for me?
Neat design
Ridiculously expensive ; Poor response out of sleep state ; Fiddly wired connection
At a lower price it would still be second-best to the X8, but at £120 it's not fit to share a desk

Rechargeable and very Razer
Reliable sensor ; Rechargeable battery ; Supports wired and wireless connections ; Offers similar specs to other Razer mice
Poor grip for sweaty hands
The Razer Mamba Wireless has a sensor gamers will appreciate and shows performance that's on par with other Razer mice. But its side grips can feel slippery.

Earlier this year I reviewed the Razer Mamba Hyperflux, and at the time I said it was my favourite m Razer is back with a new version of its Mamba Wireless, and it is very very good
Lovely ergonomic shape.
There are now lighter alternatives available.
The Razer Mamba Wireless (2018) is an all-round fantastic peripheral. I really can’t fault it, and this will now become my new daily driver.

There are many known disadvantages with wireless gaming mice such as slower response times, batteries dying and wireless interference. It's these common stereotypes which has left the wired mouse to rule the gaming scene. Razer, a company not known for...
The years in the making have paid off. What we have here is a gaming mouse which performs great, looks great and is great to use. What more could you want?

Today we take a look at Razer's premium laser wireless/wired gaming mouse and see if it lives up to expectations.
Amazing tracking ; Great aesthetics and appearance ; Long battery life ; Wireless and Wired
Big price tag
When the Razer Mamba was first uncovered I was impressed with how much care had gone into the presentation and packaging. First impressions are important, and Razer have achieved this right from the word go.

No it's not a typo: the Razer Mamba is a wireless gaming mouse that costs the best part of £120. Razer claims it has incorporated wireless technology that matches a wired connection for responsiveness, and if that's not enough to whet your appetite,...

Very attractive, Sleek curves that fit in the palm of your hand, Great battery life, Wired and wireless connections, Excellent tracking, Docking station, Conveniently placed DPI buttons, Smooth scroll wheel
Hefty price tag
When looking at a Razer product very high expectations tend to be thrown up. This remains the case with the Razer Mamba. Claiming to be the fastest mouse in the world, both wired and wireless this mouse has a lot to live up to. During testing, the...

The Razer Mamba is the best wireless gaming mouse money can buy
The Mamba doesn’t have much competition. Razer offers the Ouroboros, with its ambidextrous design and adjustable body panels, at the same $150 price point, but it’s considerably more uncomfortable than the curvy Mamba. The older wireless Mamba is still...
