Wide range of functions, FM radio works well, good audio quality

Hard to navigate, pixilation on screen, poor headphones

While the Zen V Plus isn't a ground breaking device, it performs quite well without any major problems.

had it for only 2 months, the screen burnt out and it wont even turn on anymore, i never dropped it not even ONCE. it also had very confusing controls. you had to press super hard on the little button to do anything for a back ground. its a horrible...
