Sandisk isn't a name you're likely to immediately associate with MP3 players. You're more likely to think, ‘mmm, solid-state storage' and other such dirty thoughts. But the memory king has been chipping away at the MP3 block for a little while, and has...

I don't think there are many other MP3 players out there that can boast the same sort of battery life

The sound quality, with my decent headphones, is fantastic and the minor niggles I have with it are nothing when you look at the complete package. I think the Sansa is better than any other MP3 player I have ever had, it offers excellent value for...

SanDisk, the inventor of flash data storage, delivers more flash memory products in more form factors than anyone else. With approximately 315 issued U.S. patents, and about 160 foreign patents, SanDisk is clearly the worldwide leader in flash memory
I really think this player is Outstanding, despite the thumbwheel making the sound hiss, it's exactly what it says on the package, the fact it comes in three different sizes and can be upgraded makes all the difference to me. You can see that Sandisk...

SanDisk is best known for its storage cards, but has just released a portable music player, the Sansa, in two capacities. We've reviewed the 1GB version which is silver and white in colour, but a 512MB ...
If you are looking for a portable music player there are plenty of choices around. The Sansa's plus points are pretty good audio output, the SD-based expansion, the radio, and support for Audible files.

Although designed to slot together with a Sansa, SanDisk's own brand of MP3 player, this speaker set makes the grade
The speakers can also run on batteries (four AA size) and, with a USB pass-through cable, you can use it to upload music to a Sansa player. But best of all is the price: all this for just £35

The Sansa e260 is a feature packed media player that looks great, is feature rich and performs well.
Attractive design, Easy to use, Wide array of functions and file supports, WMA DRM support, Drag and Drop music files,
Stiff navigation wheel, No Divx or Xvid support

SanDisk's Sansa slotMusic makes a fine budget MP3 player for those who don't want to put much effort into their music.

Sansa seems to be turning back the clock with the release of its slotMusic Player. Does the world really need new music delivered on microSD?
Cheap, small.
Technology already feels outdated. No rechargeable battery. Cards are overpriced.

Editors' Note: As of spring 2008, the Fanfare video service has been shuttered , and the TakeTV hardware will no longer be sold.
Enables easy viewing of DivX, Xvid, and MPEG4 videos on your TV; setup and operation couldn't be simpler; premium content available via Fanfare online service; flexible aspect ratio control; doubles as a standard flash drive; modest price tag.
Compatibility limited to only three video file formats; no support for photos or music; remote design is somewhat awkward; Fanfare Web site currently has very limited content options, and--for now, at least--it's not viewable on other devices, such as...
The SanDisk Sansa TakeTV delivers plug-and-play simplicity for watching downloaded videos on your TV.
