The Canon imageClass LBP6670dn monochrome delivers on speed, text quality, and paper handling.
Fast. Ethernet. Built-in duplexer and 300-sheet capacity standard, with 800-sheet maximum.
Relatively high cost per page. Need to manually enable network settings before installing on a network.

Consumer review (which.co.uk)
Although rather bulky this is a great performer, very fast in action, very economical and can print on both sides. The printer instructions could be a made a bit simpler to understand but otherwise I've no regrets.

I've got the LBP6200 and think it is great, fast reliable and prints on both sides. I'm still using the small ink cartridge supplied.

fast printer, easy setup, network connection, two side printing
none that I can think of

Definitely more than an average person needs in their home, but for printing off 5-10 syllabi as well as reading assignments, 5-10 page papers etc. on a regular basis, it just makes things easier. I do want to say that not everyone's college may allow...
I was looking at some smaller laser printers to bring with me to college, but they all lacked duplex printing, and in my opinion I am more likely to save money because everything prints double sided, than a slightly cheaper toner cartridge. The combo...
There are a handful of issues with this printer however, and the one that got me to come write this review, is the not so user friendly paper selection, when I print using the front tray(3x5's, nice paper, etc) you can select the paper size on your...

Had a difficult time trying to connect with just the Ethernet connection. Fumbled around with it for about an hour and cursed a bit, then gave in and connected it with the USB connection to a PC on the network instead. Bummer. Would really like to have...
Beautiful, fast printing device. Super quiet operation. Slightly smaller footprint than similar laser printers in its class. Shutoff/standby time is adjustable and definitely a power saver. Duplex capability
Installing on a network is difficult with limited networking knowledge

What a great deal from NewEgg, received an additional Canon OEM toner for free with printer purchase. Delivered on time.
Prints very fast with great detail. With a little looking through the e-manual I was able to install wirelessly on my Macbook Pro ; Great not having to install ink cartridges any longer
Took a little time find out how to print wirelessly via wireless router ; Could not install latest software for MAC, OSX 10.9.4
Consumer review (newegg.com)
Great printer for everyday printing, I don't need the color printing or the wireless option.
I got it on sale back in April and haven't had an issue with it yet ; The price for the toner on Overstock is very reasonable and works great ; Installation was straight forward and easy (Windows 7) ; The print quality is good, quick, and with the...

This is a nice PostScript printer for a home office or small business. it is solidly made. It has built in duplexing. Connections are USB or Ethernet. Printing is crisp and sharp. Fast output. The printer is pretty loud when running. It is not directly...
