Terrible

 

Bought as a basic printer for light use, and it failed on all accounts. Sad. Wasted money. HP printers used to be reliable, but this is not one of them.

It is small and light

Had problems right out the bat and never worked correctly. Continued to say that paper was empty when it was not. Then completely died. HP only has a 90 day warranty on hardware, and told me their was nothing they could do for me. They only tried to...

Keep shopping... You don't want this...

 

TERRIBLE! figured this would be a good replacment for the HP 6940 deskjets that i have been ordering. Unfortantly HP seems to have cut every corner that they possible could in the manufacture of this printer... STAY AWAY.

They were cheap

Print spoolers constant lock up causing users fustartion. Power button broke on one (i bought 8) with in 2 days. Ink that ships with the units is good for about 20-30 pages... Leaving you to need to purchase more ink for the cost of the printer
