On 6/27/02 we purchased a model vino-400E wine cellar with glass window from Westside Winecellars Group, Beverly Hills CA. This was a joint present to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. It was delivered on 7/30/02 by Bekins Worldwide Solutions...

Breaks down completely in 3 years, and the company's response is terrible.
