Sony RM-AV3000 Integrated Remote Commander
Stores commands for up to 18 devices; generously spaced keys; internal clock for timing control; excellent coverage area.
Two-handed operation; hard-to-read LCD; impossible to use by feel; complicated programming.
The RM-AV3000 can control just about everything, but it's hampered by overcomplex programming and a nonergonomic design.

Sony poured almost every feature and design element it could think of into the RM-AV3000 Integrated Remote Commander--with mixed results.

Most of the Commander's performance problems are ergonomic. We'd love to see a follow-up that offers one-handed operation and a more legible LCD. The programming could be simpler, too. Until a new version comes along, the RM-AV3000 is best suited to...

Excellent Product, just wish Sony would update its product code list!
Follow the instructions and you'll be setting it up like a pro! Very easy to re-programme any of the preset LCD keys and re-name them
If your Blind and cant read and are a MORON then this is not for you
