This product has been a nightmare and it has taken me days to scan any slides. Was delivered with the wrong plug to the power supply so I couldn't plug it in. To be fair an email to the supplier had one to me by the next day but not a great start....

garbage get the fujitsu scansnap 1300i way better product.. not as portable but less problems for around the same price....trust me the fujitsu is still very portable when you by a bag for it... this is a wand the scansnap is a mini portable scanner
