Works faster than I can feed it (I'm cutting manuals up to put through it). Excellent release mechanism for jams.

Occasionally struggles with rough edges or odd sizes. Just have to put them through in landscape and it works usually.

Excellent little scanner, fast and very versatile and we love the facility to scan business cards and import straight into Outlook.

This is phenominal little scanner.

As some of the other reviewers mentioned, it does jam occasionally, but almost always because I either forgot to remove a staple in the middle of a stack of paper, or because the paper is excessively crinkled or squished on the leading edge.
