Avoid this scanner if you care about quality and reliability
Looks nice from outside, otherwise I can't find any.
Poor quality, not reliable (software), slow, no updates to software to fix bugs.

Ease of use. Space saver compared to flat bed scanners. True picture quality from pictures direct or negatives.
