I used this scanner for a couple months and then it just stopped working. It would scan half a page and freeze. Turning it off and on would allow it to scan another page but freeze on the next one. We'll see if the company gives me a new one or gives...

Software was very difficult to install. When finally installed, the loading of images was very inconsistent. Dark slides don't like to load. Beats paying a retailer to do the job but you must be extremely patient.

I was dissapointed how the copies came out.

I was given the task of a massive Family film scanning project, and was not happy with the results I was getting with a flatbed negative scanner or the ease of scanning, plus I had at least 5,000 negatives to scan, after testing it on 3 film strips...

Could not get my machine to recognize, will not buy anything from adesso, ever again!

I have not been able to get my computer to accept and recognize the Scanner. As a result, I can't actually give a good evaluation of the product.I have tried on several occasions with no success.HELP!!!

Got the job done but many problems, i.e. - the 'another program preventing scan to complete', losing the USB connection each time the computer was turned off 'Unknown USB Device. I got thru the slides but I am quite certian there are better products...

I bought this to scan documents and it works flawlessly.It's small and compact and has helped me clear my desk from a lot of clutter.

OK I don't think I would try and project the created Jpeg to a presentation screen, but in the computer or 42 in tv look pretty good. Some issues with the software included, at least half of the scans the software reports program is busy and says chose...
