Easy to use, good variety of drinks.
Nice compact design and it's easy to use: just put the pod in and press the button. I bought it because you can make a wide variety of drinks including espressos, hot chocolate and tea, depending on what pods you buy.

This is a very useful everyday machine. It is easy to use, a pleasing design and the coffee tastes good. I have used my machine heavily for two years without any problems. The pods readily available but are quite expensive and seldom on special offer.

Very noisy when pumping the hot water through the system. Not sure why it has to be noisy at all. Hopefully they make a new quiet model soon, as I would most certainly buy that.

Lovely drinks and lots of varity and the pods aren't that expensive
I threw away the cleaning disc as the instructions weren't clear and there is LOTS of excess packaging

The tassimo has been a success in our kitchen especially for ease of use when visitors arrive. It is good to have a variety of flavours to offer as well.
I do not have any bad points to say about it
