The included measure/stamp tool is suppose to be 1 scoop for 1 shot but it is NOT. The scoop is about 1 and 3/4 the amount needed for a double shot. My solution was to use a 1 tablespoon scoop for measuring, NOT the included tool.

Other than a little water leaking under the drip tray, have NOTHING negative to say about my machine. It has been used 3 or 4 times a day for last 6 months and still looks brand new. Quick wipe of frother after each use and a weekly complete wipeover...

I use this in my gift shop, its so much easier to use and faster than the one i was previously using. Im so glad i found this machine, and at a great price.
