U have to fill water with the jug and when its under the kitchen units it makes it awkward.

It appears to be well constructed, with few fiddly parts that are likely to fail. The lid opens fully enabling easy removal of the filter and easy filling. The only awkwardness is in ensuring that the handle for the filter is the correct way round so...

Excellent appliance, looks very good and is good value for money.

Big Jug

Very badly made, the lid is a bad fit, along with the internal basket and holder if they are not line up correctly, water spills out through the lid, very poorly made would not recommend

Looks nice, easy to use and clean.

Worst point has to be positioning the filter in the right place so the lid "catches" and closes properly before use - a real pain first thing in the morning.

it is very fast filtering and the coffee is a good strength

the first machine we received the hinge on the lid was broken and it had to be returned i think this could be a problem in the future
