Great machine...looks good sitting on the counter and makes great coffee. My only suggestion is that it gives an indicator when the water runs out.

I was skeptical. Too loud, coffee not hot enough? None of the above! Quiet, hot, convenient. Awesome. Just bought another one as a gift for our daughter. Could not be happier. And the coffee is excellent.

I love, love, love my machine! I use it every morning to fix Chai Tea or a Latte. I even take it on trips with me. In fact, I recommend it so highly, I bought one for my daughter-in-law. A product that is truly worth the money.

When I opened the box, I was very happy with the burgundy color. It matched perfectly in my kitchen. Made one espresso with a milk pod. Tasted good and was so easy to do. Look forward to buying more flavors. I'm glad I finally purchased it.

I was a little surprised at how loud this is. I bought it for work and was a little embarrassed when it caused several coworkers to come to my office to find out what that noise was. It made a great espresso though.

Ordered because after 18 months,my other one quit working&started leaking out the bottom. New one had instructions for products to clean monthly and decalcify every 3 months, Maybe this one will last longer, because I am totally ruined for any other...

I love this product. I would have given it five stars, but my first machine broke and I had to get it replaced. I was lost without it. Makes great coffee!
