Definitely quieter than the cheaper one. Easy to use and clean. Heats up quick. No complaints here. Great product. (The only deference I've notice between this and the cheaper model is the noise it makes when brewing, if you don't mind the noise save $50)

Makes a great cup of coffee when you follow the rules. Learn to peal the tabs on bottom of some pods. Learn to pump and "flush" after brew. Dump pods daily. The brews are varied and shop quality. Chai is great, too. Brew and Enjoy!
