If you want a smart and configurable set of artistic lights, the LIFX Tile fits the bill, but set up and configuration are fiddly.
Clever light blending ; Excellent app ; Excellent colour range and scene choice
Fiddly to set up
A neat way of creating more artistic lighting in your home, but the Tiles are fiddly to set up.

Attractive and customisable light art for your wall
Highly customisable ; Removed and replaced easily ; Support for all major voice assistants
Set-up is incredibly finicky ; Connectivity can be flaky
If you can persevere through a frustrating set-up and installation process, the LIFX Tile kit is about as attractive a smart lighting system as we’ve yet found.

Taking LED lighting to the next level, these colourful panels let you make a statement on you wall. With a range of whites as well as millions of colours - and 64 zones per tile - you can create the exact effect you want. Here's our LIFX Tile review

Glitchy software kills the appeal of these nifty, color-changing smart lights.

The app's controls for the Tiles are glitchy and underdeveloped, with constant connection quirks marring the experience. If you're a HomeKit user, Siri won't be able to understand your multicolor scenes. You can't connect more than five Tiles to a...
Lifx Tiles look great, but the software that powers them is frustrating and unreliable. Hold off for improvements, or just go with Nanoleaf instead.

Lifx Tile is a fun but flawed HomeKit accent lighting accessory
All in all, the Tile is a hard to recommend accessory due almost entirely to the setup process.
