The Schalge Encode is a Wi-Fi-enabled smart lock can be controlled via phone and voice and integrates with Amazon Key and Ring cameras.

Schlage brings its traditional style to a newer, smarter lock

 

Wi-Fi deadbolts are simplifying smart locks, and the Schlage Encode is a perfect example of it.

The lock is easy to set up, pairs with an easy-to-use app and works with Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa.

You’ll need to download the Amazon Key app in order to use the lock with Alexa, even if you don't want to subscribe to Prime or Key in-home delivery. There's no Apple Homekit compatibility.

Using this lock is simplest with Google Assistant, but you'll get more functionality out of it if you use it with Amazon Key.
