It would be nice if the drives included the software to clone to this drive from another, but it is easy enough to find on your own.
It is exactly as expected. So far have had no issues with this SSD. Connected it to the MAC book using a usb device and cloned the existing drive to this SSD with a free software utility.

Also -- if you do run the "optimization" part of the SSD Tools software, be prepared for a long delay after the desktop gives way to the blue "Shutdown" screen -- with the "Shutting down . . " message. Do not panic. Let it go, even if the drive light...
Posted just to warn abut using the SSD Tools bundled with the drive. Needs improvement, ADATA!
This adds a caution to readers of this review, and the only drawback of the product, which is bundled with a vanilla version of Acronis and an optimization tool. Don't use the tool for any optimization if you can help it. It is too aggressive. It will...

This SSD was rated as one of the best SSDs to get in 2016 from Tom's Hardware. It was the best economy buy next to the mushkin. I have used a mushkin before and the bios would not even recognize it, so I had to return it. This thing does feel really...
I think people are not setting this up in windows before they rate it and that is why it gets some bad reveiws. Very Fast compared to HDD. I use it as my games disk. Pretty soon I am getting 2 and putting them in Raid 0. This is by far the best buy you...
Not plug and play. It took me the better half of a day to get this running right (If you know what your doing it would take minutes). You have to assign it a drive letter in windows to get windows to even recognize it. Then it was running slower then a...

Definitely recommend this as a substitute for a cheap/effective storage/OS drive.
I have 3 of these in Raid 0 Config on my X79 board, using the 3g intel sata connectors, Seq read with 128k stripe size is 803.35 read, 740.73 write, this is with the array 65% full with my Steam Account. I will shortly be adding a 4th drive.
No Issues or bugs yet!

Built well Affordable Easy to use and install (used macrium) reads just over 500 and writes just under 480. good bang for your buck
Not as fast as other tlc and mlc. unsure of reliability (still good after 5 months now) even when i got it on sale, i could get others for cheaper.

Great price and easy installation.
This SSD is by far one of the best that I have used. It has a faster install time than others and the space required for OS and other productivity products. Had no problem installing Windows 8 without removing other hard drive that was part of the...

No.
Promises Acronis cloning software good price for size
Cons: Main one is it doesn't work. Impossible to get Acronis software to work. Can't register SSD product on ADATA web site, or contact them for any help using their web site. Links often don't work and their site didn't allow completion of any of...

seems like it should be a nice SSD, once i find screws to mount it!
Did not come with screws, as specified! anyone got any extras? 4 needed...

A great little product. Can't wait until the price drops.
Wow! A lot quicker than a hard disk drive
Price was a little high, but no eggs off for that one. They're all pricey!
