The name HyperX Fury kind of suggests something quick & snappy, doesn't it? Unfortunately, this drive compared to other budget price models establishes a new lowest common denominator for SSDs. Spend a few dollars more and get something that can save...
Cheap. Faster than a spinning hard drive when Reading/opening most files.
Low-end controller + TLC NAND = Poor Write Speed. No bait-and-switch for this model (remember the V300 fiasco?) because it's slow right out of the gate. Any modern regular spinning hard drive has better Write speed than this 120GB HyperX Fury.

Not sure the little extra speed is worth all the aggrivation and grief. On top of that, ssd's have a short lifespan. I'm back to using WD velociraptor drives. They last FOREVER and are stable. Worst storage setup would be ssd only. Even a hard drive...
It is a lil faster than a WD2500hhtz, but not much faster
This thing brings back memories of older windows software. It just hangs or crashes at least once a day, but often more frequently. I tried another brand that did the same thing.

Mediocre read/write.
Bought 2, put in raid 0, didn't load win7 very well. It was surprisingly slower than expected. One died less than a year. RMA'd. Wouldn't recommend.

Few things help PC performance like a solid state drive. Dollar per dollar, they can't be beat.
Just does not come with the hardware to install in a desktop PC

Great ssd at such a low price. I loaded Windows 10 pro 64 bit onto it and Battlefield 4. Haven't made an exact time but usually takes 5 seconds to boot up when computer is off. Came in a nice well packaged box. Fits behind my motherboard in a pre-made...

As i stated this is a really good drive if you plan on putting your OS and maybe minecraft with a couple of programs that you may use everyday. You will definitely need another HDD or SSD that is larger to play any form of new game at this point like...
Excellent with Windows 7,8, and 10 Good for games that take a while to load
Will definitely need another HDD for storing games and other large files

Windows boots in about 1 and a half seconds. It blew my mind the first time. I got this product on sale for a bit less than 50. No modern build should go without an SSD.
The only con is that I didn't buy two.

I don't understand why this is in stock. Everyone should be buying them.
I have had no issues
I have no complaints
