Works great in Eeepc 900a

 

I had to go out and buy a screwdriver that was small enough to get the screws out. If you have a screwdriver for eyeglasses it should work fine. It would be much better if Mini PCIe was designed to install like SODIMMS with the little clips.

Installed in Eeepc 900a and it works great. Installed Ubuntu Netbook Remix and several programs. Still have plenty of room to store lots of files. Boots fast and programs launch quickly. I don't have any benchmark numbers yet sorry. My little computer...

You're not going to be able to store a ton of videos on this drive but everything else shouldn't be a problem

Great for EEEPC 900

 

Was a bit nerve racking, that the specifications did not have the 900 listed. They should have that listed. They should remember not everyone has the latest and greatest. Seems everyone has forgoten the 900xx series. Its always about the 901 or above....

Fast fast fast, SSD. Dropped right in. No problems recognizing it. Its like 5-6X faster than the original SSD. Seems like it takes less power

the holes for the screws were a little bit off, and no free shipping
