Installed SSD drive on my laptop . Win7, with all updates and McAfee suite, loads in 36 sec from pressing power button to desktop screen, being ready to use. Lenovo T410 i5 - 2.4GHz, 4GB RAM

Be sure to register the SSD online with PNY to get the 3-year warranty, otherwise it's just a 1-year warranty.
Cheap, good reviews, 240GB for $50. Even though it's I/O numbers are not stellar, it's still faster than SATAII. Paid less for this 240GB SSD than I did for my son's 120GB Samsung 850 EVO. I have an old clunky Dell, he has a gaming PC...
Sloooow for a modern SSD, if you have SATAIII on your motherboard, DON'T buy this SSD as it's much slower than SATAIII. CS1211 = 520 read and 310 write which will bottleneck a 600mbps SATAIII interface.

Haven't fully tested transfer speeds but so far the response times are clearly superior to a HDD.
Excellent boot speed, perfect for upgrading from a HDD. Very cheap upgrade and so far it's been as reliable as a HDD... time will tell, but so far so good.
More space for cheaper prices is always going to be a factor. Right now, SSDs are coming down in price, I hope the trend continues.

Great for an upgrade from HDD, just an average SSD tho.
It's a SSD, so you know it's faster than a standard 7200rpm HDD.
As far as SSDs go, it's not that fast. I've had much faster speeds from other SSDs, Mushkin Enhanced ECO2 in particular.

Would be nice if they at least had a download on their website for easy to use data migration software, but there are many free ones out there for Windows like EaseUS Partition Master, and Macrium Reflect, so it's not a huge deal, but would just be a...
The price was right for 240GB, and it's much faster than a traditional HDD, and makes my load times with Windows 10 64bit much more bearable, as my mouse would freeze at boot with my old WD 320GB 2.5 in HDD. came with a little spacer in the box that...
did not work in my external USB 3.0 HDD encloser(could be the encloser not 100% sure) did not come with any data migration software, and no link to any on the PNY website.
