The 50+ year old speakers have never been better, and they deliver something few other speakers can.
The midrange is magical. Vocals, strings and piano sound so open and free that you get goose bumps. Delivers an excellent stereo perspective when set up correctly.
Laid-back dynamics, and no real deep bass.

The Rogers LS3/5a 65th Anniversary Edition are a well made pair of bookshelf speakers, with real wood and real drivers. Although not the original KEF drivers as detailed on the LS3/5a fan site
