A tablet made for the office?
Full-fat Windows 8 ; Removeable battery ; SSD storage ; 2GB of RAM ; Connectivity
Limited performance ; Small SSD
The Latitude is no PC replacement, but it is handy as a second screen for social feeds or email. It's handy in meetings, too. It's particularly good for mobile working when you only need to check and write emails or give a quick presentation. The...

Typically Dell's Latitude line of kit isn't hugely exciting, reminding us more of spreadsheets than shiny new gadgets. Just announced however is the Latitude

The Latitude 10 tablet is aimed mainly at business fleets and corporate users, which explains a lot about its construction and feature set. For one, this Windows 8 PC has a rugged outer body - magnesium-alloy frame, Gorilla Glass face - wrapped in the...
Dell's first Windows 8 tablet is an Atom SoC soluton that's aimed primarily at business users thanks to a slew of security options, including TPM, biometrics, SmartCard and encryption software for local and USB drives.

This 10-inch tablet has Windows 8 and great battery life, but with serious trade-offs.
The ; offers excellent battery life, and costs less than many other Windows 8 tablets.
With an Intel Atom processor, performance is limited, and some apps seem far better optimized for the hardware than others. Storage is limited to 64GB, and USB connections are all the slower 2.0 type.
The price difference between an Atom tablet such as the Dell Latitude 10 and a Core i5 one doesn't seem large enough to justify the performance gap. But, the Latitude 10 makes up for it in part with a very long-lasting battery.

The Dell Latitude 10 doesn't load Android like our rivals on test: instead, it lets you run all your favourite desktop apps with no cut corners or features stripped out. That's because it runs full fat Windows 8 on its 10-inch display, with a nippy...

Sales of Windows 8 Tablets haven't been as strong as Microsoft had hope. One of the reasons for this, could be the fact that Microsoft's own Windows 8 tablet aka “Surface” is both expensive and rare. This site uses Akismet to reduce spam. Learn how...
Can’t think of any (Windows 8 Pro license maybe)
Heavy and Clunky ; Looks like a photo frame than a tablet ; Battery pack? WTF?!
To be honest, there’s nothing really special about the Dell Latitude 10 tablet. It runs Windows 8 Pro and it’s made by Dell. What more can I say?

Does an Intel Atom-powered Dell Latitude 10 tablet offer the best of both worlds or a limbo between them?

This 10in features Windows 8, a Wacom stylus and incredible battery life.
Incredible battery life; Good range of peripherals; Decent build quality
High price; Peripherals could be better
The best Windows 8 tablet to-date, this Latitude 10 from Dell offers incredible battery life, and decent performance. Price can stack up quickly if you plump for the many accessories, but it could be worth it.
