Viliv S5 MID - Real Pocket PC!

It's hard not to compare any MID with other currently available devices. Though to be fair, MIDs can have their own niche and eat it too. The problem here lies with what you can really do with a MID that's not already possible in the latest generation...

Very fast and responsive! great screen ; The onscreen keyboard is pretty good, but when possible I plug in and external keyboard and mouse and it works great ; It runs really smooth, better than any netbook I've had ; It boots up really fast ; The...

The only thing I don't like is that it didn't come with software and drivers CD's ; It only has a recover partition. I haven't explored what it would take to do a reinstall because it doesn't have much bloatware-just the viliv apps

Incredible!!!

I got mine from the Egg when it had a free upgrade from the 1.2ghz and 60g hdd to 1.33 and 32ssd. having had 1 I would still buy it for the higher price its available for without the discount/upgrade.

I cant begin to explain how sweet this thing is! I wiped it and put windows 7 pro on it and its awesome. also picked up a vga adapter and used a BT keyboard and mouse so with 1 plug its a desktop. built in GPS is great using google earth and teathered...
