You get what you pay for

Cheap and functional - up to a point.

Whilst you can get four 800g loaf slices in, it will only toast 3/4 of the bread, you have to turn the bread over to do the top half, which of course burns the middle. Or just do two slices sideways, which defeats the object of having a four slice...

Good basic toasterthat does the job.

Slots should be deeper to accomodate larger/wider slices of bread (from my Pamasonic breadmaker)
