plain WATER!! Don't forget about salt, sugar and some fats (milk, butter, yogurt), make sure the yeast you use is good (fresh or active dry), choose the first browning option, if you don't want it too crusty and I can guarantee that you will have...

Okay, use this product a couple of times a week and have since I bought it five years ago, so for life span its not doing too bad. On the negative side it is a real chore to clean, I'm not a super clean freak but I occasionally find myself getting a...

Bread is phenomenal. Only need to respect the procedure and make bread per recipe and it's perfect. I love it....

I liked the breadmaker originally, but then the quality of loaf deteriorated and finally [after 2 years] one of the paddle drives seized up. The sirclip was rusty, so I replaced - but still it would not turn. The second useless Tefal item I have bought...

When I bought this I was very excited but the loaf of bread it produced was Like a brick and you could throw it and break a window! I made several loafs as I kept thinking it was something I was doing but no. Was very disappointed as it looked so good.

We have had this repaired twice since we bought it about 18 months ago (of course, just out of warranty) - once a new circuit board and the second an electrical issue. Cost almost as much as the machine did. I have never had a successful loaf from it...

My first bread maker was a Breville which eventually stopped working. I like Tefal products, so thought I'd give the Breads of the World machine a go. I am very pleased with it. I have made bread from the recipe book that comes with the machine and...
Like the versatility in being able to make bread, rolls, pizza dough etc.

Still under warranty, so I received a brand new one but I am sure it is going to happen again; one of the paddles wouldn't turn anymore, the clip that holds it together appears to be rusty. My daughter in law's machine had the same problem also under...
After a few trials and errors have had great results; pizza dough, baguettes, loafs.
The time allowed between 1st and 2nd batch of baguettes; there is no pause as such and if one isn't quick enough it goes back to start so then have to bake the second batch in the oven.

Overall I really like this bread machine, it mixes the dough really well, cooks perfect loaves (if you follow their recipes) and has been reliable to date. The only problem's I'm finding is initially the machine squeaked and squawked when mixing the...
Mixes the dough really well, most reliable in cooking perfect bread.
Labels on machine are rubbing off, mechanisms were a little squeaky when first purchased.

One of the problems with this machine is having two paddles. It is hard enough to get the bread out of the tin with one paddle sticking, but with two it is mostly impossible to get the bread out intact, even after oiling the paddles. When mixing, the...
