Terrible

PLEASE DO NOT BUY this product if you want to own it for more than 2 years. The picture is lost and sound remain within 2 years time.

Good picture...Good sound

The customer service line is horrible. Not ready to listen to the problem with 42PX2RV model.

Bad

Picture good while it lasted. Products that last 30 months: not good enough! Customer service line: terrible! Before purchasing a product, check out the history and extended warranties.

Worked well when it worked!

2.5 years after purchase, picture died without warning. Customer service was blunt: out of warranty, too bad , too sad.
