Manufacturing Defect

 

When changing channels the set-up menu keeps appearing. Only way to get rid of it is to turn off then on. Keeps happening. Went to SEIKI website and they have a firmware download. Fowelled instrustions exactly--Now it's dead. Will be returning it...
