I wanted this as my baby cries at the noise of our other vacuum. To be fair it is quiet and you can carry on conversations while using it. But it's not at all powerful and struggles with even light dust. Disappointed.

The handheld could do with a soft attachment but other than that well pleased. Easy to manoeuvre and the battery retains charge .
